Lawrence Katz will direct an experimental evaluation of the Moving to Opportunity program. He will conduct a follow-up survey of adolescents five years after their families participated in an experimental housing voucher program designed to move families from public housing projects in high-poverty neighborhoods to middle-income neighborhoods. The project’s findings will be published in scholarly journals.
