Funds Grover Norquist and the Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) organization. Norquist has very close ties to the Republican Party, and he helped write their Contract With America. ATR organizes the TAXPAYER PROTECTION PLEDGE, which asks all candidates for federal and state office to commit themselves in writing to oppose tax increases.
